The actual demand for the construction of medical treatment and rescue works of civil air defense in combination with the conventional public medical building is growing. During the ventilation and air conditioning design of such kinds of projects, there is a great contradiction between the special indoor air quality, temperature, humidity requirements and civil air defense works protection requirements. Takes the wartime ventilation and air conditioning systems design in a civil air defense hospital as an engineering example. Analyses the wartime air conditioning cold source selection and ventilation system design in detail, and compares the different cold sources and ventilation modes in the medical aid works of civil air defense within the merits of the application. Suggests that the air-source heat pump unit can effectively solve the contradiction between the demand of protection and air conditioning cold source. The method of distributed small air conditioning units and ventilation systems can solve the indoor environment requirements of different functional areas and guarantee the protection function.
